This is a charming studio apartment (approx. 32 sqm//350 sq. ft) located in the heart of historic Paris, le Marais (3rd district).

With dark wooden beams, art deco leather club chairs, sunlight from 2 huge French windows, high ceilings (3.2 meters), views of a 17th century mansion from the window, you will feel like a Parisian at home.

The building is very quiet with security coded doors.
Apartment is up 1st flight of stairs (easy on weary travellers!)
The flat is perfect for 2 people, or single traveller.
An inflatable bed is available for a 3rd person.

Location

It is an ideal location, near the crossroads of rue des Archives and rue Pastourelle

Nearby Metros stations include: Arts et Metiers (lines 3 , 11), Republique (lines 3, 5, 9, 11), Temple (line 3) ; a little further : Rambuteau (line 11), Hotel de Ville (line 1, 11)
Many bus lines around also. Especially bus line 96 going partly on rue de Turenne, which can bring you to Place des Vosges/St Paul area, Hotel de Ville, Notre-Dame, several areas of Quartier Latin on the Left Bank, all the way down to Montparnasse and even further

You will be within short walking distance to Notre Dame Cathedral, Picasso Museum, the famous Place des Vosges, the lively Bastille area (with a modern Opera House), the Jewish Quartier of Paris, Victor Hugo's house, contemporary Centre Pompidou, etc. . .
The Seine river is 10 mins away by foot. The Louvre Museum is 15 mins away by foot.
Le Marche des Enfants Rouges, Paris' oldest outdoor fruit and flower market, is around the corner.
You will find many food shops including two midsize supermarkets, in nearby rue de Bretagne, and a grocery store opened late just arround the corner in rue des Archives The large BHV department store is down rue des Archives near Hotel de Ville, barely 10 minutes away by foot.

France' most experienced movie director, Bertrand Tavernier, lives in nearby rue du Perche, fashion creators are settling down in rue Charlot, several art galleries are on rue de Poitou and nearby streets

Another advantage of the Marais, is that most shops and restaurants are open on Sunday. . . whereas the rest of Paris is closed.
For convenience, public transportation; subway hubs (direct access from the CDG airport, RER B) and 24 hours bus service stops, taxis stations, garage and car rentals, laundromats, post office across the street, and many amenities are within a 1 block radius.

- for 3 persons : 1,200 euros per month

- one time rental fee : reasonable, depends upon length of stay
- final cleaning fee : 45 euros
- renter's insurance : say about 10 or 12 euros per month

- 1 week (7 nights) : 595 euros (average 85.00 € per night)
- 2 weeks (14 nights) : 1,150 euros (average 82.14 € per night)

Refundable key and safety deposit :
short term stay : 400 euros (or 560 USD) payable upon arrival
mid term stay (1 to 5 months) : 950 euros (or 1,230 USD) payable upon arrival
long term stay (above 5 months) : 1,900 euros ( or 2,660 USD) payable upon arrival
